The SDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth of our sales pipeline by identifying and generating qualified leads, introducing them to the Managed Services offering and setting up meetings with Project Managers.
This role requires working in US hours 3-4 days a week.
What am I going to do?
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound prospecting mostly (outbound to follow)
Qualification: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and determine their potential as a qualified lead.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment – leads quality, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all SDR activities in the CRM systems.
Teamwork: Keep an accurate and open feedback loop with all relevant stakeholders
Native-level English speaker
1-2 years of experience as an SDR in a B2B environment, sales agency, or selling projects
Proficient in HubSpot – a must
Availability to work in US hours – a must
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field – a plus.
Salesforce experience – a plus
Familiar with sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) – a plus
