Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a manual QA team testing complex financial software features including OCR, tax reporting, and invoice processing systems.
– Develop comprehensive test strategies for our SaaS platform, with particular attention to accounting automation features.
– Work closely with product managers to understand the unique needs of accounting firms and ensure our solutions meet professional standards.
– Manage test execution across multiple modules including expense management, tax payment systems, and automated invoice processing.
– Establish quality metrics specific to financial software testing, with focus on accuracy and compliance.
– Drive process improvements in testing methodologies for FinTech applications.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.

Required Qualifications:
– 5+ years of software QA experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
– Strong understanding of financial software testing methodologies.
– Experience with SaaS platform testing.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
– Experience with test management tools and bug-tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
