We're seeking a dynamic QA Team Lead to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge AI products. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the excellence of Apollo and its applications.
*What You'll Do:*
– Lead the QA lifecycle for our Micro Expert system, from sourcing to evaluation and retention
– Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with our product vision
– Guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects that blend software and operations
– Design and conduct innovative, data-driven tests to quickly address critical questions
– Streamline and enhance existing QA processes, emphasizing simplicity and efficiency
– Manage bug identification, documentation, and resolution processes
– Oversee thorough regression testing for resolved issues
– Conduct comprehensive testing across mobile and web applications
– Collaborate closely with development and product teams to define and meet system requirements
– Stay abreast of QA best practices and emerging trends in AI testing

Requirements:
– 2-3 years of manual testing experience
– About 1 year of leadership experience in QA
– Proven track record in writing and executing test cases, designs, and strategies
– Proficiency in functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing
– Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
– Familiarity with performance and/or security testing (a plus)
– Ability to thrive in a startup environment: proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
– Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Experience with remote work and global team collaboration
– Knowledge of QA automation techniques (a plus)
