What you’ll be doing

We believe QA should be a part of the entire development process, therefore in this role you will:

Collaborate with the product team to review requirements before they get to the devs, ensure technical compliance with the rest of the platform.
Create manual & automated testing plans based on requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to review design proposals.
Perform manual testing & develop critical automated tests.
The role will also have a training/mentoring aspect where you will:

Provide training & guidance to developers in order to instill quality standards in the development process R&D-wide.
Improve quality awareness and culture.
