What You'll Do:
As a publishers and affiliates account manager, youll be responsible for owning and growing relationships with key publishing partners. Youll manage performance-based affiliate campaigns end-to-end, from onboarding to optimization, ensuring delivery against commercial objectives, quality benchmarks, and strategic growth targets. Your role will require a blend of relationship-building, analytical thinking, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate and publisher partners, managing all aspects of the relationship commercial, contractual, operational, and technical.
Lead onboarding and integration processes for new affiliates, ensuring smooth setup and alignment with performance KPIs.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance across partners to drive quality leads, increase ROI, and meet acquisition goals.
Own budget allocation and pacing across affiliate channels, managing spend according to quality-driven KPIs and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing affiliate accounts and work to expand their scope and contribution.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, BI, and Tech to support campaign success and resolve issues.
Track and report on performance metrics, trends, and key insights for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Negotiate and execute commercial terms and payout structures that drive value for both parties.

Requirements:
Native-level English an advantage
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within performance marketing, media, or digital advertising
Strong experience in affiliate marketing or publishers management Must
Proven track record in managing budgets and performance campaigns with a focus on quality and ROI
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, accountable, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, online-first or tech environment.
