Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Electronic/mechanical Engineering or experienced Practical Engineer.
5+ years of experience with manufacturing processes, including process engineering capability.
Proven knowledge of electronic assembly, testing, inspection processes, and Lean principles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills in prototyping, tooling development, and troubleshooting.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
