You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, ensuring our go-to-market teams can effectively communicate the value of our-powered solutions while providing critical feedback to our product team about market needs and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Become the subject matter expert on our solution offerings (Engineering Onboarding, Software Standards, Resource Self-Service, Release Management, Incident Management, Cloud Cost Optimization, etc.).
Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including technical guides and implementation patterns.
Create and maintain solution demonstrations that showcase our value in specific use cases.
Conduct competitive analysis and maintain knowledge of market alternatives
Enable the sales team through training, documentation, and solution positioning.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop solution-specific messaging and campaigns.
Build and maintain the solutions section of our website with compelling technical content.
Provide structured feedback to the Product team on solution gaps and competitive challenges.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities for strategic opportunities requiring deep solution expertise.
5+ years of experience in technical product marketing management, solution architecture, technical sales, or similar customer facing technical roles.
Proven background in developer and devops tools, cybersecurity, or enterprise software ecosystems.
Experience creating and delivering technical demonstrations and presentations.
Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and buyer personas.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Knowledge of competitive analysis and positioning in B2B software.
Experience with web content creation and technical marketing preferred.
Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, compelling documentation.
