We are seeking a motivated, tech savvy Product Manager to lead Pricing Squad playing a critical role in defining and building scalable infrastructure, great user experiences and promoting growth across the platform. We are looking for someone who is experienced in and excited about the opportunity to make a lot of impact and take strategic decisions based on collaboration, data and customer insight.
What you'll do
Defining and executing your squads strategy and roadmap based on company goals, customer needs, data insights, and competitive research.
Own the full product lifecycle of payment related initiatives, app store and billing system that provides the flexibility to bill across from all of our customer segments
Drive monetization and growth initiatives by collaborating closely with growth team, helping surface new opportunities and act on opportunities to enhance revenue and optimize conversion throughout the customer lifecycle
Leading (together with a technical team lead) and motivating an empowered team of engineers, QA and product design
Defining & monitoring feature KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for optimization
Communicating & collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including presenting product plans and updates
4+ years as a product manager in a SaaS company
Proven track record translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable plans for engineering, design, and customer facing teams
Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering large-scale projects involving multiple customer personas.
Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with different internal teams
Strong technical understanding, ideally with experience as a product manager of platform or infrastructure products
Experience with payment systems, billing platforms (e.g., Stripe), or financial products is a strong advantage.
Experience working with or within a centralized growth function and/or familiarity with A/B testing and/or ownership of trial-to-paid or billing conversion initiatives is a strong advantage
