Your responsibilities will include:
Product Roadmap: Define the product roadmap based on the vision & strategy, and create a trackable plan of deliverables towards a complete consumer EV charging solution.
Product Requirements & Specifications: Analyze the consumer charging markets, map customer pain points, gather and prioritize product requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and create user stories for the development team.
Product Development & Launch: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, integration, NPI, and marketing to develop, test, and launch the product.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the consumer EV charging landscape, identify target audiences, and analyze competitive offerings.
Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, progress in development plan, and market trends to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on inbound product development.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with IoT devices, mobile applications, and cloud-based systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Passion for sustainability and the EV industry.
Additional skills:
Experience in the automotive, renewable energy, or smart energy management industries.
Familiarity with EV charging standards and technologies.
