Required Product Manager
About the role:
As part of the product management team, you will be responsible for one or several products end-to-end including their design, development. You will contribute to the go-to-market, implementation, and support models. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers in the Tel Aviv office – as well as with outbound product management, sales, marketing, customer success, regulatory affairs, business development and other cross-functional teams abroad. You will get in front of prospects and customers (both clinical and administrative users) and establish relationships that will be fundamental in making sure we make an impact on how care is provided. Most importantly, youll join a fun and diverse group of people passionate to save peoples lives.
You will:
Serve as an inbound product manager, contributing to the definition of a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the companys overall strategy and business objectives
Proactively support user research, discover unmet customer needs and translate those insights into innovative product features and functionalities
Manage the development process from ideation to launch and beyond.
Work closely with Engineering, Data, Design,Outbound Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful development, launch, and ongoing optimization of products.
Work closely with engineering in an Agile methodology mindset.
What success looks like:
You will deliver new features and functionalities on time, while also meeting the needs and expectations of customers
You will demonstrate a proactive approach to identify new market opportunities and user needs, translating those insights into successful product features.
You will work within a team in collaboration and support while attending multiple running projects with high efficiency.
After 3-6 months you will fully own projects and teams and be an independent contributor.

Requirements:
A team player and strong can do mentality
At least 2-3 years in B2B / mobile / SaaS Product Management
At least 2-3 years of experience with the Medical domain, and/or AI
Proven ability to learn new domains quickly and adapt well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Demonstrated success in launching products and working alongside R&D in an agile development environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
