As a Head of Product at Guideline, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and delivery of key technological products that have a direct impact on our customers' experiences. This role is ideal for a results-oriented and visionary product leader with a strong understanding of technological products, user experience, costumer needs and product strategy for our technological products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing key features and improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business impact.
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and product innovations in the fintech space.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of both new product development and existing product maintenance, ensuring the ongoing success and optimization of current offerings while innovating for the future.
Manage product roadmaps, balancing efforts between delivering new features and functionality for existing products, as well as launching new products from ideation to execution.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure that both new and existing products are developed and maintained with a focus on high quality, scalability, and performance.
Drive the development of transformative technological changes to enhance existing products, ensuring that products remain competitive, cutting-edge, and meet customer needs.
Conduct user research and data analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, revenue, retention) to assess product performance and guide product enhancements.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
Act as a key liaison between engineering and business teams, translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.
7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in developing and managing technological products, expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to make informed product decisions.
Experience working in high-growth environment- advantage!
Knowledge of emerging trends in fintech or AI-powered finance solutions- advantage!
