Were looking for a Product Design Team Leader to lead the Program Design team, which is responsible for shaping the user experience of our core product offerings, including Cyber Asset Management (CAM), SaaS Management, Identities, Software Management, and Exposure Management.
In this role, youll drive the design vision and execution across these areas while working closely with the Director of Product Management and a group of domain-focused PMs. Youll also collaborate in parallel with the Platform Design and Design System teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and scalability across our products.
This is a player-coach position: you'll lead a tam of designers while staying hands-on in the work. A key part of the role includes defining clear and efficient collaboration workflows across Design, Product, Engineering, QA, and Project Management ensuring that every product area your team supports delivers intuitive and high-impact experiences for our users.

Responsibilities:
Lead & mentor: Guide the Program Design teams growth and impact, from recruiting and onboarding new designers to ongoing mentorship and performance development.
Be hands-on: Balance leadership responsibilities with day-to-day design work from wireframes and flows to high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate deeply: Work closely with Program PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across UX, product goals, and technical feasibility.
Own end-to-end experiences: Ensure the product areas your team supports deliver high-value, intuitive experiences to our technical users.
Uplift the craft: Foster a culture of design excellence through critique, design systems alignment, and pushing for pixel-perfect results where it matters.
Think systemically: Help create scalable design frameworks and workflows across the platform.
Translate strategy to action: Connect business and product goals to practical UX improvements and innovations.

7+ years of experience in product design, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
Demonstrated success designing and delivering complex B2B SaaS products
Strong UX and UI skills with a portfolio that showcases your design craft, design thinking, and impact on product strategy
Experience with complex workflows, technical users, and data-heavy interfaces
Strong understanding of product management, business drivers, and the product lifecycle
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English
Hands-on experience with Figma and common product design tools
Experience conducting or applying UX research findings to guide decisions
Ability to balance big-picture strategy with design execution

Experience scaling design teams in fast-growing companies.
