* We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Management Operations (PMO) to join our growing team. As a PMO, you will play a key role in operations and standardizing project management processes, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with our strategic goals.also main part of your job will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery within an organization by providing structure, support, and oversight to project management activities. your day to day task includes:
* Provide oversight, operation and coordination for projects across the organization
* Develop and update project management methodologies and standards.
* Ensure adherence to established project management practices.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management skills.
* Establish and manage reporting mechanisms for project progress.
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success.
* Assist in selecting and prioritizing projects aligned with organizational goals.
* Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
* Conduct quality reviews to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
* High operational skills
* 5-6 years of experience in PMO role from tech industry Detail oriented and with understanding the bigger picture
* Strong knowledge of project methodologies and resource management.
* Bachelor’s degree in quantitative subject.
* Management of development processes
* Excellent communication skills.
* Sharpness
* Autodidact
* Fast learner
* Highly motivated
* speaks hebrew and English fluently, Russian is an advantage
* High operational skills
