Lead sensor development at the system level.
Apply physical modeling, simulations, and analysis to assess tool-related physical effects.
Oversee all aspects of light sources, optical fibers, optical modules, and sensors.
Conduct laboratory experiments for feasibility studies, root cause analysis, and design validation.

Requirements:
Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Physics or Electro-Optics with 4+ years of experience mandatory.
Expertise in waveguide optics, modulators, lasers, and detectors mandatory.
Knowledge and experience in Silicon Photonics devices, including characterization and integration mandatory.
Experience in designing and implementing optical measurement lab setups.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Python mandatory.
Familiarity with photonic simulation tools (e.g., Lumerical) advantageous.

Self-motivated, capable of leading independent tasks, while excelling in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
A fast learner with a passion for innovation and technological breakthroughs.
