Were looking for a part-time Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support a mix of professional and personal tasks.
Responsibilities include: managing the calendar (via Google Calendar + Calendly), coordinating in-office meetings (sending directions and arranging refreshments), organizing multi-participant events, confirming speaker arrivals for office-based workshops, ordering lunch on office days, organizing business expense receipts for the accountant and assisting with various personal admin tasks.
The role is hybrid – partly remote, partly from a Tel Aviv office, with potential to grow over time.

Requirements:
– Fluent in business English excellent reading and writing skills
– Strong Hebrew spoken and written
– Organized, reliable, independent, and detail-oriented
– Comfortable with digital tools: Google Workspace, Calendly, Canva, etc'
– Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
– Available to work part-time with some flexibility
– Bonus: Experience in a similar role, familiarity with bookkeeping basics
