* Personally plan, build, and execute multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns ( SEO, paid, social, direct).
* Use AI tools to boost campaign efficiency, content production, and analytics.
* Take full ownership of performance marketing KPIs and continuously optimize for results.
* Develop and manage digital and offline marketing strategies with clear ROI goals.
* Align marketing activities with sales targets and business priorities.
* Lead and mentor a lean marketing team while actively contributing to day-to-day execution.
* Analyze data to identify trends, improve funnel metrics, and uncover growth opportunities.
* Maintain brand consistency while adapting to market dynamics.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
* Fluent in English.
