We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Payroll Specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv for a maternity leave cover (89 months), and help ensure accurate and timely payroll processes across our global operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as a direct point of contact between Payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates.
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
Collaborate closely with the Finance department to reconcile payroll data and assist in monthly reporting.
Manage and monitor employee attendance, absences, and leaves of all types (sick, vacation, maternity, etc.).
Ensure compliance with different types of employment agreements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary employees.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes with regard to payroll setup and final payments.
Assist with payroll audits and internal reviews as needed.
2-4 years of experience in a payroll role.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
Familiarity with labor laws and payroll regulations.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Advantage: Experience working with international employees or managing payroll for workers outside of Israel.
