Conducting training on processes and policies to service partners.
Monitoring customer complaints and working alongside relevant departments for solution

Monitor the branch operations and maintain communication with regional/global headquarters

Requirements:
Minimum 3/+ years experience in Supply chain, Order management, procurement and demand planning.
Preferred Qualification: University Degree or above
Background in Order management, Sale order processing, planning and knowledge in supply chain management process
Strong knowledge of demand planning / Order management within electronics Industry / Customer service
Experience in managing logistic operation, life cycle and inventory
Strong analytical abilities and problem resolving skills
Experience in using SAP or other ERP or statistical software packages
Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics, margin contributions, etc.
Good negotiation skills and knowledge in pricing
Good communication and Team building skills
Good presentation skills and good knowledge in power point
