In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in innovation, technology, and design thinking.
Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to key stakeholders through reports, presentations etc.

At least 3 years of experience in innovation, product development, or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JAVA, JavaScript ) and software development tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Excellent written verbal communication skills in Englis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques.
Passion for innovation and a demonstrated track record of bringing new ideas to life.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
