We're looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our Business Development team. This role is perfect for someone analytical, organized, and highly communicative. You'll help onboard new publishers, manage integrations, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
Youll be working alongside Publisher Development Managers and supporting them through every step of the onboarding cycle from initial integration to optimization and full account stabilization. Youll be expected to coordinate between multiple teams (tech, data, account managers), represent the company with professionalism, and bring structure and clarity to fast-moving projects.
Responsibilities
Assist the team with onboarding new publishers and running test phases
Act as a point of contact for integration, troubleshooting, and account setup
Coordinate internally with tech, BI, product, and monetization teams
Guide partners through the platform and its capabilities
Track progress across multiple projects and keep timelines on point
Represent the BD team with clarity and professionalism
Provide basic technical insights and flag any issues during implementation
Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal English must
High analytical thinking and detail orientation
Ability to coordinate between several stakeholders
Previous experience in a tech/operational/account role an advantage
A positive attitude, team spirit, and hunger to learn
