Job Overview
Office Appearance and Maintenance:
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with subcontractors for regular maintenance and repairs.
Supplies and Equipment Management:
Manage inventory and order office supplies, equipment, and food for employee welfare.
Ensure timely restocking and availability of necessary items.
Event Organization Support:
Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related needs.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management and operation or a related administrative role – must
