a global medical device company is looking for npi engineer
The NPI Engineer will lead and support manufacturing processes of new products
Duties and Responsibilities:
"Develop and document SOPs to support manufacturing process of new product and fulfill design and change controls
"Work with R&D team to ensure manufacturability and effective design transfer of new products to production
"Responsible for selection, installation, qualification (IQ/PQ/OQ) of tooling and equipment
"Lead supplier qualification, process controls, packaging and sterilization activities
"Create and maintain BOMs, workflows and detailed work instructions
"Generate and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO's)
"Lead continuous improvement activities to increase production efficiencies
דרישות:
" BSc in Mechanical Engineering
" At least 3 years' experience of manufacturing engineering in the medical device industry
" Good knowledge of ISO, FDA and other relevant regulatory standards
" Self-learner, accustomed to collaborating within cross-functional teams
" Fluent English (both written and oral)
