Responsibilities:
– Conceptualize and implement local & regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate revenue impact.
– Creating dashboards and insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales-related metrics, behaviours and recommend best practices and guidelines.
– Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendation.
– Partner closely with Israel senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POV.
– Creating and managing policies related to sales bonus, sales competitions, client assignment and conflict management.
– Building expert status on our sales tools to provide guidance on how to remove blockers and conduct sales training on ideal system usage.
– Enabling commercial deals with the right partners and establishing deal terms and track utilization. Managing pricing strategies, discounts and added value policies for clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Experience in top tier consulting, venture capital, investment banking or high growth company with experience in digital business models, media, digital advertising.
– Fluent English and Hebrew skills as well as compelling communication (verbal and written).

– Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision including strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment.
– Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries.
– Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions.
– Ability to drive stakeholders to decision and to also defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions.
