A Medical robotics hitech company in the north is looking for a Mechanical integrator
Responsibilities
Integration of multidisciplinary systems including mechanics, electronics, and software.
Excellent technical understanding and ability working with CADs, drawings and work instructions.
Working with R D teams to assist the design of medical device assembly solutions.
Taking an active role in new product assembly and integration, to build the know-how and establish working procedure together with R D teams.
Performing in-process Quality Control tests.
Leads and performs regularly scheduled general preventative maintenance activities on tools, equipment, and machinery.
Support with jigs design, new testing setups establishment and purchase of production and engineering equipment.
Maintain an orderly and functional work environment.
Supporting Mechanical dep.

Requirements:
? Practical engineer, mechanical or other relevant fields.
? At least 3 years of experience in assembly of multidisciplinary systems, diagnostic and repair -Must.
? Practical mechanical lab skills: metal work, drilling, milling big Advantage.
? Experience working with Solidworks- Advantage.
? Technical background with high problem-solving skills.
? Design and creating of jigs Advantage.
? Experience in writing and documenting assembly instructions an advantage.
? Good organizational, communicational skills in English.
? Highly organized and detail oriented.
