What You'll Do:
Develop, execute, and oversee the creation of high-quality visual designs that build on our brand strategy and marketing goals across various platforms, including digital and social media
Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand/concept consistency, while also innovating within those parameters
Provide organization, direction and support to design team members on design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall creative vision
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions that meet business objectives
Generate creative concepts and visual language that resonate with target audiences, based on strategic briefs and company KPIs
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative output fresh and competitive
Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for design that reflects in daily work, actively seeking inspiration from industry trends and innovations to bring fresh, creative perspectives to the team
Create and manage design assets, ensuring proper usage and accessibility across the organization.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in brand and creative services, experience in the B2B SaaS industry
BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field;
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
Excellent technical design skills and proficiency in design and project management tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
Familiarity and hands-on experience with Gen AI tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content/visuals.
