We are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across multiple digital touchpoints in a part-time role during Q3 2025 (JulySeptember). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working on a wide range of projects.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will play an active role in the production, coordination, and execution of diverse initiatives, from fun and creative content creation to automation workflows and social media activity.
Responsibilities
Content Production – Create engaging materials for games, quizzes, websites, emails, and social media using tools like Canva or AI platforms.
Marketing Automation – Assist with producing marketing emails and automation flows via platforms like Bravo
Social Media – Support content planning, scheduling, and production across key social platforms.
Workflow Support – Assist in documenting and maintaining internal processes and production workflows.
Requirements:
Excellent English, native-level or equivalent, with strong writing and editing skills
Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; a quick and independent learner
Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
Are tech-savvy, curious, and highly organized, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with content creation, marketing tools, or social media is a big plus
