We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to join our Market Research and customer insights team, who is passionate about researching what ticks customer behavior and how it connects to big data, for the purpose of providing business insights and assisting executives decision-making. You love data, connecting data research to human behavior, and creating actionable insights from data results.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering a wide range of market research and data analysis methods including quantitative surveys and big data analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in analyzing complex data sets, analyzing surveys, connecting the dots between different data sources, is familiar with visualization tools and can influence and contribute to key decision-making.
You will work independently and as a team member.
What am I going to do?
Manage customers’ user experience KPIs analysis, projects and dashboards
Design and execute quantitative surveys using a range of social sciences methods
Conduct advanced statistics analysis including regression, cluster analysis, pricing sensitivity analytics etc
Provide an holistic data correlation and view of market research data and our big data
Understand our customer data profoundly with the goal of enriching our primary customer research
Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
Work with internal partners (Product, Marketing, Business) to identify and prioritize knowledge gaps in our understanding
Collaborate closely with team members from the market research and data teams.

Requirements:
2+ years experience in hands-on market survey research- A must
Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies and analysis (e.g., questionnaire writing, survey sampling and design, advanced statistical analytics)
Vast knowledge and practical experience in SQL, and working with large datasets using SQL for at least 2 years- A must
Vast knowledge and practical experience in SQL, and working with large datasets using SQL
Experience in working with statistical analysis tools- SPSS/R/ Qualtrics
Good communicator and storyteller
Experience in Tableau dashboard building- an advantage
Comfortable leading cross-organizational projects.
