As a Line Technologist, you’ll be responsible for supporting and optimizing production processes, solving line issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor and beyond.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support for process deviations and production challenges
Accompany and coach production teams throughout daily operations
Support product development trials and scale-up processes
Optimize batch sheets, process documentation, and reporting flows
Validate and maintain process parameters and control limits
Analyze line performance and recurring issues, and lead long-term solutions
Initiate and implement changes to improve production efficiency and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Product
Work primarily on the production floor (70%), combined with office-based activities (30%)
