We are looking for a Learning Partner to join our Training Operations team.
Who has a passion for technical enablement, adult learning, and global training delivery, and who has a desire to drive impactful learning experiences that support the growth and readiness of Technical Services teams worldwide.
In this position, you will use your expertise in training program design and stakeholder management, and will lead, coordinate, and continuously improve global onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for Technical Services teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end training programs for Technical Services new hires, including agenda design and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead quarterly planning and execution of global TAC technical and professional skills training, based on identified knowledge gaps and business needs.
Own Technical Services readiness for new product releases, acting as a liaison with R&D teams.
Communicate regularly with business owners and leadership to ensure training objectives are aligned and achieved.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, business leaders, and global teams at our company.

Learning Partner or Training Program Manager with experience in technical enablement or training operations.
Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure in a complex, global environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Technical familiarity with our companys products and solutions.
Passion for adult learning and translating business needs into effective training plans.
