The opportunity
This position is based in Dupnitsa and reports to the site OPEX Lead. It will support the site Operational Excellence Lead in delivering value by enabling productivity and efficiency improvements, interacting with all employees of the plant at every level of the organization. Also suitable for motivated candidates without experience who want to develop in a modern environment with high standards.
How you’ll spend your day
• Support and guide development and implementation of the Operational Excellence improvement(OPEX) activities across the organization
• Explore process and system development opportunities for operational efficiency
• Coordinate and support process mapping and process optimization activities
• Monitoring of introduced developments, evaluation of results
• Data collection and analysis
• Interface with project managers and teams
• Actively support and improve Idea Management System
• Provide trainings, coaching and capability building at the plant
• Demonstrate appropriate use of Lean techniques during implementation of improvement projects
• Promote a performance mindset at all site levels through Lean events, standardization and
simplification initiative.
• Act as a change agent and key influencer to enhance the Lean culture
• Visualize and communicate improvements, best practices and results across the organization
