Required Language Data Analyst
Description
As a language data analyst, you will take part in the process of developing AI based text-interaction technology with focus on meticulous empirical work guided by insights about human linguistic knowledge and behavior.
Role and Responsibilities:
Work with PMs and stakeholders to develop domain aware product standards and definitions
Identify systematic patterns in language data by applying usage-based and theoretical generalizations
Use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study language models in terms of human standards
Create well balanced and controlled datasets that capture the diversity of real life language use
Design, conduct and manage empirical studies with emphasis on the human factor.

Requirements:
Strong background in theoretical linguistics (syntax, semantics, pragmatics)
Strong background and substantial hands-on experience with usage-oriented research in academia or industry (psycholinguistics, language acquisition, corpus analysis or related subfields)
Extensive Familiarity with quantitative research methods from hypothesis testing to statistical analysis
Proficiency in data analysis tools
Strong analytical skills and willingness to get technical
Knowledge of project management
Independent research capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
MA/PhD in any field studying human language behavior with focus on empirical research.
