Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and streamline services, activities, and programs for English speakers
2. Recruit and manage volunteer teams for age-specific services, activities, and programs
3. Cultivate and develop relationships with existing and new resource partners
4. Implement SMART goals, ensuring ongoing evaluation and measurement
5. Organize large national events (e.g., fundraising, volunteer appreciation, 45th-anniversary celebrations)
Requirements:

1. Proven experience in full-cycle project management
2. Immigrated to Israel at least 5 years ago, native English speaker
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills
