In this role, you will provide direct support to users across our growing organization on all global sites.
You will be located in our brand new TLV site and be a member of our global IT Helpdesk team based in our Haifa HQ.
Your day-to-day will include providing IT support for all Plus500 employees in our various global sites. Maintaining TLV hardware assets and making sure that the site is running smoothly, includes office IT infrastructure and making sure the office is a great place to be in.

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support.
Extensive experience with Windows and macOS.
Troubleshooting capabilities with Windows, macOS, and networking equipment, specifically Fortinet.
Understanding of MFA and SSO concepts
Experience with SaaS applications, specifically Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and English.
