Were looking for an IT Compliance Analyst to help ensure we meet the highest standards of IT governance, privacy, and risk management. In this role, youll support compliance across cybersecurity, infrastructure, product, and engineering teams. From monitoring adherence to internal policies to leading change management and privacy reviews, your work will ensure we operate with transparency, security, and trust.
Responsibilities
Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal)Must
Monitor, assess, and report on compliance with internal IT policies and standards
Lead or support privacy compliance and change management review processes
Collaborate on the development and updates of policies, templates, and IT governance documents
Drive risk metric analysis, generate reports, and present findings to relevant stakeholders
Support software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Bachelors or Masters degree in information assurance, Computer Science, cybersecurity, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in IT compliance, risk, or audit-related roles
Mother tongue level fluency in both English and Hebrew Must
Strong verbal and written communication skills Must
Experience in at least one of the following roles: cybersecurity analyst, IT business analyst, software engineer, IT auditor, or Project Manager
Familiarity with frameworks such as FFIEC IT Handbook, PCI DSS, COBIT 2019 Preferred
Certifications such as CGEIT, CGRC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or PMP Preferred
Experience working in highly regulated industries A bonus
