Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in building and managing international sales teams mandatory
Previous experience in companies offering engineering or technological solutions in the infrastructure or engineering project sectors a strong advantage
Proven track record managing long and complex sales cycles with diverse stakeholders
Strong leadership skills, target-driven, with the ability to align and motivate cross-organizational teams
Experience working with global clients, conducting high-level negotiations, and leading complex deals
Fluent English mandatory
Willingness to travel frequently internationally mandatory.
