About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize our global Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role is key in ensuring high data accuracy, maintaining workforce structure, supporting HR processes, and driving operational excellence through HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure the global HCM platform
Ensure system availability, performance, and user satisfaction
Implement data governance practices
Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Maintain job structures, positions, departments, and reporting hierarchies within the system
Create and deliver accurate HR reports and dashboards to support business decisions
Oversee the integration of HR systems and interfaces
Drive process improvements to increase automation and accuracy
Provide training sessions and ongoing support to HR users and employees
