Job Description
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
Provides support to all HR functions such as onboarding, benefits, compensation, and training.
Uses policies and principles to coordinate HR related projects
Represent employee advocacy and strong business partner relations.
Develop an employee oriented culture that strives on safety, quality, continuous improvement and productivity.
Work together with employees, supervisors and managers to resolve employee relations issues.
Fosters a consistent, clear, concise communication plan.
Plan and coordinate recruitment strategies. This includes sourcing (internet, job fairs, newspapers, agencies etc.) interviewing, selection, diversity initiatives, background checks, drug testing and manpower planning.
Administers associate training, and new hire orientation.
Participates in working groups, councils and committees.
D&I strategy deployment.
Labor relations management.
General service administration.

Requirements:
Key Required Skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Officer with a bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Proficiency level of English.
Thorough knowledge of wide range of HR/legal standards & regulations, programs, processes, and tools in all areas ranging from recruitment, benefits, training, and payroll.
Self-starting, results-oriented individual who is team oriented.
Effective organization, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
Able to handle multiple projects and priorities as well as deal with ambiguity.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
Innovation mindset.
