We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our IT team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, upgrade and install companys endpoints
Install and enforce companys security policy to all devices and users
Work inside highly sensitive networks and environments and provide technical support to users throughout the company
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
Requirements:
Experience working with Windows servers and Active Directory.
Experience with Office365 products
Experience working with VMware vSphere
Experience with Veeam Backup systems.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent in-person communication
Good understanding of networks and experience with network hardware configuration
Nice to have:

Graduates of computing courses such as MCITP/MCSE.
Familiarity/experience with management and monitoring tools, with an emphasis on Manage Engine (OPManager, Endpoint Central, ADManager) a significant advantage.
Familiarity/experience with Fortinet communication products (FW, Switches, Access Points) a significant advantage
