Lead end-to-end program delivery from planning through execution and launch ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project and Program Managers
Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement across functions and regions
Ensure program execution is tightly aligned with company objectives and Product Strategy
Oversee program close-out, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement practices
Proven experience in a global SaaS company required
Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies required
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs across full product lifecycles
Strong execution and organizational skills, with high accountability and attention to detail
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or a related field
