Ability to work at both strategic and hands-on levelsfrom vision, concepts, and frameworks to detailed execution.
Proven track record designing B2C, consumer-facing products for mobile and web; Connected TV experience is a significant advantage.
A strong, compelling portfolio showcasing high-engagement, interactive digital experiences.
Extensive experience working in agile, cross-functional product organizations.
Demonstrated success in scaling design teams, building design systems, and managing end-to-end product design processes.
Passion for fan-centered design: community, gamification, motion, interaction, and storytelling.
Genuine enthusiasm for sports and fan culture is essential.
