This is a senior strategic leadership role.
You will help improve efficiency and lower costs while creating a scalable infrastructure for procurement. Youll implement and oversee strategic procurement initiatives across company business units to implement efficiencies through the vendor onboarding and procurement lifecycle.
In this role youll:
Lead a large team including managers.
Lead and implement strategic procurement initiatives to achieve business goals,
boost efficiency, and reduce costs
Oversee cost reduction initiatives, including vendor pricing and contract
negotiation
Define KPIs and best practices and push forward their implementation across
different business units
10+ years experience in procurement and operational leadership roles
Background at a global High Tech company with hardware components or
capital equipment- a must
Strong leadership experience- a must
Track record of driving change at large and complex organizations
Top-notch communication skills, a knack for leading and inspiring, and a sharp
analytical eye
Strong negotiation skills and critical thinking.
Complex problem-solving and decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
