We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Data to join our leadership team in Israel. This is a strategic senior role, reporting directly to the local CEO, with full ownership of the Data pillar. Youll lead a multidisciplinary team of Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists, managing high-impact, cross-functional projects that support key business goals.
Beyond team leadership, you'll shape how data is used across the organization from building the right infrastructure and tools to unlocking insights that drive decisions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, youll turn complex business needs into practical data solutions, influence product direction, and stay hands-on with real technical challenges. Youll work directly with cutting-edge technologies like BigQuery, Python, machine learning (ML), web scraping, and large language models (LLMs) to drive innovation and enable data-driven decision-making across the company.
