As the Head Of Corporate Sales, you will be overall responsible for driving new corporate user growth, and you will be managing a team of enthusiastic sales executives and team leads, inspiring them to become better every day.
Responsibilities:
Drive the acquisition of new businesses, corporates, and B2B users via streamlined sales processes.
You will identify and establish strategic partnerships that add value and contribute to increased sales performance.
Drive higher closure rates throughout improved sales cycles, suggest improvement plans, incentive plans, pipelines and report on main B2B KPIs.
Grow and lead the teams: manage both corp sales and lead generation teams, building their sales skills and expertise.
Lead all corporate food allowance tenders.
You will stay up to date with market trends and monitor competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing B2B sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and overseeing team performance within a B2B environment.
At least 5 years of experience in managing employees and leading teams.
Metrics-driven, organized, with an appreciation of sales data.
Acts on opportunities, generates new ideas, and acts decisively in an often agile and ever-changing environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders from different departments based on clear business cases.
Experience leading sales processes with executive leadership and presenting business cases to C-suite and senior executives.
Strong orientation towards marketing, with an ability to align sales strategies with broader marketing goals.
