Be the data Champion: manage and update sales and order data.

Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate on cross-functional projects to optimize customer service processes, systems, and tools across all regions.
Be a Knowledge Resource: Maintain clear documentation and training materials to ensure best practices in reporting and analysis.
What We're Looking For?
Bachelors degree and 3+ years experience in sales operations or business analysis
Advanced Excel skills: experience with ERP systems, salesforce, or Power BI is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
