We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager to play a key role in shaping and executing our product development and GTM strategies. You will be responsible for driving growth by defining products and features that meet market demands and address customer needs.
Major areas of responsibility, main processes, tasks:
Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, strategic planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch.
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective.
Define product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates us across primary market segments.
Manage the creation of technical materials including manuals, product presentations, how-to videos, and other collateral to effectively communicate product advantages and key differentiators
Provide product training and technical support to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across BUs.
Work closely with our strategic partners (suppliers) from the development stages to the launch.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) – mandatory
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in engineering / practical engineering – an advantage
Previous experience in irrigation and hydraulic design – mandatory
Previous experience in water treatment and filtration – an advantage.
Previous experience in product marketing, from needs assessments through R&D to product launching.
Previous experience in a multi-national and multi-cultural organizations
Results-oriented with strong business acumen
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent English level – Must. Spanish or other languages an advantage
Willingness to travel abroad frequently.
