In this role, you will manage a company’s leading electrical infrastructure/ construction and utility projects in Africa.
A bachelor’s degree/BSC is required.
The role will require full relocation to Africa.
Key responsibilities will also include:
Full P L ownership
Overseeing daily operational activities.
Business Administration.
Resource management (people, systems, finance and facilities).
Compliance.
HR system development.
Set policies and processes.
Oversee recruitment and training.
Evaluate operational and financial performance.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
Experience as A GM/CEO/COO- in a Construction or Electrical infrastructure and Utility or similar company- a must.
Experience managing for P L is a must.
Background in Electronics or Construction company.
Relocation to Africa- a must
