We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Field Marketing Manager that will have a passion for technology and will be a creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing solutions that drive results. You will report to the VP Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences, globally
Develop and execute field marketing plans that align with the overall marketing strategy
Identify and target key audiences for each marketing program
Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content
Manage and track marketing budgets
Measure and report on the performance of marketing programs
Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead generation and conversion
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in field marketing

7 years of experience in field marketing in global start-ups or corporate organizations, preferably in multidisciplinary organizations
Proven track record in owning and executing world-class events, end-to-end
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with channel partners and distributors
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems advantage
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting – advantage
Experience in managing event logistics and budgets
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
