Mobileye operates in few locations in Israel and around the world.
Facilities and maintenance management is part of Mobileye operations division, providing corporate services in Jerusalem campus.
What your job will look like:
Ensure business continuity of Mobileye campus and with maximum efficiency.
Daily full time, five days a week onsite work. 24/7 responsibility on site as first point of contact.
Manage building maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
Build yearly plans of all maintenance and projects plans and execution.
Manage employees and contractors and service providers for the site.
Work directly with stakeholders to provide the required services.
Execution of preventive maintenance plan to ensure that building systems operate efficiently.
Professional development of technicians and teams leaders.
Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors.
Prepare and track facility budget (monitor expenses and initiate corrective actions).
Coordination of maintenance works with relevant parties, both external and internal.
All you need is:
At least 10 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar managerial role.
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Experience with planning maintenance operations.
At least 5 years’ experience in managing teams, leading and moving teams to meet goals.
Proven experience in managing budgets and building work plans.
Prior experience in working with diverse interfaces and/or work in a global organization.
Service oriented and positive and active approach.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field – advantage.
