As an EDA AI Technology Lead within Google's Hardware team, you'll lead efforts to develop tools using AI for chip development, and will have a substantive impact on the technical infrastructure that powers Google. You will provide thought leadership to a group of hardware engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment with a focus on AI and tool development for chip design. You'll also lead complex technical projects from the concept/planning stage through execution and closure. Leveraging your technical and leadership expertise, you will lead end-to-end chip design process improvement projects in multiple areas of expertise.

Optimize EDA flows with AI technology and collaborate with the Tools and Methodologies teams.
Understand the infrastructure, tools, and libraries required for our research to interface with real-world systems and EDA tools.
Act as an individual contributor while simultaneously working to shape direction and strategy as the project scales.

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in chip design/verification/implementation.
Experience in initiating methodologies and converting them into flows.
Experience with the design stages of SOCs.
Experience with front end design flows/tools and methodologies.
