What youll do: Jira basic management: Create and manage dashboards, filters, and boards based on team and initiative needs. Maintain and update workflows, issue types, and custom fields when needed. Ensure proper project configurations.
Reporting and Monitoring: Extract and format Jira reports for program management and stakeholder reviews. Generate insights on sprint health, burndown trends, and velocity tracking. Identify and monitor issues crossing multiple epics, teams, or initiatives. Track overdue items, and priority changes, and escalate when necessary.
Sprint and Workflow Oversight: Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning preparation by providing data insights. Ensure alignment between Jira configuration and actual team practices.
